At Rahaia, customer safety, product integrity and hygiene are our highest priorities. As our skincare and
haircare products are cosmetic products that come into direct contact with the skin and hair, we
maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards throughout production, storage and delivery.
Accordingly, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once products have been dispatched or
delivered, except where required under applicable UAE law or where products are damaged, defective,
expired, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under applicable
laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Faulty, Damaged, Expired or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, contaminated, or different from the item
ordered, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at sales@rahaia.com and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Upon verification, Rahaia will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement of the
product, repair (where applicable), or a full refund, including any delivery charges paid by the customer.
Any return shipping costs relating to verified faulty or incorrectly supplied products will be borne by
Rahaia.

Product Safety & Allergy Disclaimer

Rahaia products are handmade cosmetic products intended for external use only.
Individual results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, sensitivities, lifestyle and other factors.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review ingredient information and perform a patch test before
first use, particularly if they have sensitive skin, allergies or known reactions to cosmetic ingredients.
If irritation, redness, discomfort or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek
medical advice where appropriate.
Rahaia products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, medical condition or
health disorder. Any information provided on our website, packaging, social media channels or
marketing materials is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical
advice.
Customers with existing medical conditions, allergies, skin disorders, pregnancy-related concerns or
