These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law
No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 concerning Modern
Technology-Based Trade (E-Commerce Law), and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

All Rahaia products are handmade in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products:
Colours, textures, fragrances and appearance may vary slightly between batches;
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only;
Minor variations shall not constitute a defect.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or replace any product without prior notice.
4. Cosmetic Use Disclaimer
Rahaia products are cosmetic products intended for external use only.
Our products and any information provided on our website, social media pages, packaging or marketing
materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Rahaia. We reserve the right to
accept or reject any order for legitimate business, legal, operational or fraud-prevention reasons.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be made using approved payment methods available on our website, including
credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery where offered.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes,
provided any payment received will be refunded in full.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms &
Conditions.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Rahaia shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, force majeure
events, public holidays, governmental restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of
these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.
9.Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
Product names;
Logos;
Branding;
Text;
Images;
Product descriptions;
Graphics;
Website design; and
Marketing materials,
is owned by or licensed to Rahaia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used without our prior written consent.

Rahaia shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay
results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics,
government actions, internet failures, labour disputes, transportation disruptions or supplier shortages. - Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United
Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required
